Viewing Completed Dialogue
Dialogue that's been completed from Propel Rx or Patient Centre can viewed from the same locations where Dialogue can be completed outside of the Dialogue tile. Additional notes can be added if needed from the Dialogue window. For more information, see Adding Follow Up Dialogue Notes.
Use the dropdowns to learn where completed Dialogue can be viewed.

To view completed Dialogue from the Patient Profile:

Open the Patient Folder.

Select the Profile tab.

Select the prescription whose Dialogue you want to view.

Select Rx > Dialogue. The Dialogue window opens.

Once you have finished reviewing, select OK to close the window.

To view completed Dialogue from the Patient Clinical History:

Open the Patient Folder.

Select the Clinical tab.

In the Clinical History section, locate and select the Dialogue record.
The last 90 days worth of Clinical History records are displayed. To view additional records, select the expander button to open the Clinical Notes window. Use the calendar controls to change the display by day, week, or month.
= displays the records that were created on the current date.
= displays the records for the next day, week, or month.
= allows you to choose the day, week, or month to display records.

Select Detail. The Dialogue window opens.

Once you have finished reviewing, select OK to close the window.

To view completed Dialogue from Rx Detail:

Select the prescription from one of the following locations:

Patient Profile
-
Workbench
-
Audit History
-

Select Detail. Rx Detail opens.

Select Rx > Dialogue. The Dialogue window opens.

Once you have finished reviewing, select OK to close the window.

To view completed Dialogue from Workflow:
- Process the prescription from the Workbench or Patient Profile. The prescription opens in one of the following windows:
Rx Detail
Packaging
Technical Validation
Clinical Review

Select Rx > Dialogue. The Dialogue window opens.

Once you have finished reviewing, select OK to close the window.
